Hope you’ve enjoyed the holiday season! We decided to ring in the first day of 2012 with a dip in the Atlantic Ocean. Others who participate in this annual event hosted by the Coney Island Polar Bear Club are more inclined towards taking complete plunges and we just might have since the weather is currently on the warmer side of cold, but as it turned out, foot-submerging and sand-flinging into the waves was pretty much the perfect way to spend this January 1st.
